The best wood block houses in Finland in Levi
Finland is well known for his amazing nature in winter and summer. But especially the winters are amazing with the great condition in snow and the ski resorts Levi is one of the best and well-known ski ressort in Finland.
During my last stay in Levi, I used the amazing cottage, Cas Levi blockhouse built from silver pinewood, traditional and modern equipment combined.
The sauna is very large, actually the largest sauna I have ever seen. Finland is the country about sauna, it is like a religion. Nothing is better to visit the sauna after a long day on snow with my alpine skis.
Yiu can even jump straight after sauna to the snow outside of the Casa Levi Chalet.
I booked the house at booking.com but it is recommended and to contact the owner straight. They can assist you with a lot of recommendation in and around Levi.
The house has a lot of rooms where everybody finds his privacy and time to read a book; or sit together at the fire place. There is a karaoke room at the end of the cottage which is really fun. We have been a large family with 6 persons and had a lot of space at Casa Levi.
The ski lifts are about 1km from the house, same to teh centre and the restaurants. The house is located in a lovely forest spot from where you can do small hikes even in winter time. I believe it is he best wood block houses in Finland in Levi .
Casa Levi will be a house we will visit again and we got in love in this great ski ressort, something special and not this crowdy as the alpes.

The trip form the airport lasted about 30 min by taxi and it is very convinient. But othe friends went by public bus which works very well and stopped close to Casa Levi.
The Casa Levi Chalet is a luxury wooden block house and really something to recommend for winter holidays in Levi Finland. Next year we will visit Levi during the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup in November. Something special for our kids on snow. The date can be found at www.fis-ski.com.
